    MUST love being on the phone and providing EXCELLENT customer service! Responsible for answering the phones, transferring calls, scheduling patient appointments, verifying basic insurance, scanning documents, and other front desk duties as needed. MUST have a flexible schedule... early morning, late evening, and SATURDAY availability.

Prospective applicants should possess most (if not all) of the following qualities: A background in front desk with high call volumes, call center experience, ability to answer 3 or more lines at a time, multi-task and own responsibilities, great fluency of the English language a must (bilingual a plus), outgoing and extroverted/bubbly personality, STRONG WORK ETHIC, proficient computer skills with dental software (knowledge of Open Dental a plus), and be an interactive team player.
